Sugars come in many forms. Here are some of the names for sugar: molasses, maple syrup, corn syrup, corn sweetener, high fructose corn syrup, honey, fruit juice concentrate, malt syrup, rice syrup, evaporated cane juice.

Your goal should be to consume not more than 25 grams per day for women and 38 grams per day for men.
