Phosphatidylcholine(PC) (250 mg) is the highest quality form of choline and is utilized better than any other form of choline.  It is a source of the material from which every cell membrane of your body is made.  PC is critical because most of the important electrochemical activities in the cell arise from the membranes.  Large amounts of PC are needed to repair brain and nerve cells.  It also helps in the metabolism of fats, regulating blood cholesterol, and nourishing the fat-like sheaths of nerve fibers. 

Choline Bitartrate (500 mg) is added for extra choline. 

L-Pyroglutamic acid (500 mg) is a natural occurring amino acid found in fruits and vegetables.  Large amounts are normally present in the brain, cerebrospinal fluid and blood.  It is utilized more effectively than L-Glutamine. 

DMAE (150 mg) is a naturally occurring neurotransmitter that helps choline to be absorbed by the brain.  Adult clinical studies have shown enhanced mental energy, increased attention span and better ability to concentrate while studying when using DMAE. 

B-5, Panthothenic Acid (200 mg) is essential for the conversion of choline into acetylcholine.
