Ingredients
· 4 to 5 handsfuls of raw greens ( she prefers spinach)
· 2-3 summer squash, spiralized or chopped into thin strips
· ½ avocado
· 1 heaping spoonful of unpasteurized miso paste
· 1-2 cloves raw minced garlic ( optional )
· 1-2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
· ½ packet NuNaturals Nustevia™ White Stevia Powder
· Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
· Place everything in a large bowl & massage with hands until creamy.
· Stir in favorite raw veggies ( chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, jicama, etc. )
