(Pomegranate Chocolate Cherry Pie)

Ingredients
· 2 cups raw pecans
· 2 cups pitted Medjool dates soaked for 1 hour
· zest of one lemon
· 2 tsp Nama Shoyu™ (raw unpasteurized soy sauce)
· Freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
( Make two pie crusts )
Combine all ingredients in food processor & press into parchment-lined cake pans. Allow the crusts to chill in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes as you make the pie filling.
Into your blender, place 2 cups of soaked raw cashews, 1 ½ cups water, ¾ cup POM Wonderful™ Pomegranate Arils( the botanical term for a seed surrounded by a juice sac)
One Pkt. of NuNaturals Nustevia™ White Stevia Powder, dash of vanilla, & blend.
Remove your pie crust from the pans and assemble pie. In-between the 2 crusts, spread a layer of pie filling & top it with cherries, plus POM™ arils. Place the other crust on top and cover it with another layer of filling, plus more Pom™ arils, and one crushed square of Baker’s™ unsweetened baking chocolate.
