Ingredients
• ½ cup almond butter
• ¼ cup vegan margarine (i.e. Earth Balance™)
• ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
• ¼ cup non-dairy milk
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• ¾ cup organic brown sugar
• ¾ cup NuNaturals Nustevia Sweetener™ Baking Blend, or their MoreFiber™ Baking Blend
• 1 ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
• 1 cup oats
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt (use less if your nut butter is salted)
• ½ cup dried cherries
• ½ cup ALL-NATURAL White Chocolate Chips (i.e. Sunspire™ brand)
Directions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cream almond butter, vegan margarine, applesauce, non-dairy milk, almond extract, brown sugar, and NuNaturals Baking Blend.
• In separate bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
• Add the dry ingredients to the wet, a little at a time, until mixture is well combined.
• Fold in white chocolate chips and cherries. Then drop dough by large spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove cookies to a rack for cooling.
