5 Ways To Stay Hydrated This Spring

As the weather warms up, and the flowers start to bloom, we wanted to share 5 way's to stay hydrated this Spring with you!

1. Try water infusions!

Also known as "spa water". It's super easy, and makes drinking water more fun! Simply add cut up fruits, veggies, and herbs to a large container of water to infuse flavor, as well as nutrients. Keep a jug of this in the fridge and you'll be looking forward to getting your water quota in for the day! You can make your water infusion with any combination you feel inspired to, but here are some tasty ideas to get you started.

You can doctor up plain old seltzer water to create a much healthier alternative to other carbonated beverages. The possibilities are endless with this one...
