    You can add a one serving of collagen (one tbsp or 7g) for each serving of soup. So if one cup is a serving, you could add 8 tbsp to the 8 cups of chicken bone broth.

    What amount of collagen is in 1 TBSP of the Gelicious Hydrolyzed Collagen? The bag does not give the mg.
