Peppermint Thai Basil Pesto

Take your classic pesto and kick it up a notch with some heat and peppermint. Your taste buds will thank you!


  • 3-4 bunches of Thai Basil, or Cinnamon Basil if not available
  • 1/2 tsp of salt, add more to taste if needed
  • 1/2 cup of raw cashews
  • 1 Thai Chili, sliced with seeds in
  • 1 large clove of garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 inch of ginger root, sliced
  • 7-10 drops of peppermint NuStevia
  • 1/2 cup olive oil


  • Combine ingredients in food processor
  • Begin blending and add olive oil as needed
