Chocolate Chai Fudge

Certified health coach, recipe developer, and great friend of NuNaturals, Kat, created this Chocolate Chai Fudge. Her recipe is vegan, paleo, has no sugar, and tastes absolutely delicious! We like to call this a "taste of the holidays in just one bite"!


  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, soft
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2-1 tbsp NuStevia Chai Spice Syrup
  • cacao nibs for topping


  • Line a mini muffin tin liners. In a bowl, mix together the almond butter and coconut oil until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and 1/2 tablespoon of NuStevia Chai Spice Syrup. Taste and add more syrup, if needed to sweeten. Add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture to each mini muffin tin. Sprinkle with cacao nibs. Place tray in the fridge for an hour to set. Once fudge has set, remove from liners and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
