NuStevia Ginger Stir Fry

Our NuStevia Ginger Stir Fry is the perfect weekday dinner. Ready in under 30 minutes and packed with flavor! If you have any leftovers pack it up and take it to work for lunch.  

Ingredients:

For NuStevia Ginger Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce 
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 3 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp NuStevia Ginger Syrup

For Stir Fry: 

  • chicken breast
  • favorite mixed vegetables (we used asparagus, mushrooms,&  onions)
  • NuStevia Ginger Sauce

Instructions: 

For NuStevia Ginger Sauce:

  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, combine until well mixed. 

For Stir Fry: 

  • In a medium size frying pan, coat the bottom of the pan with a little oil. Then add chicken, stir occasionally to ensure the chicken cooks throughly. Add some ginger sauce to cook with the chicken. 
  • Once chicken is cooked, add your veggies and more sauce. Once your veggies become soft, your dish is ready!
