I have only made one batch of cookies with the monk fruit 1:1. I used the same amount as I would sugar. Measuring was great, the cookies aren't very sweet. I wouldn't think of using equal amounts of other sweeteners. I am not sure of this product yet.

I was hesitant to try this but someone said it was just like using real sugar so I thought I’d try it and see for myself. IT IS GREAT. I can’t wait to make some of my favorite cookies with it. Jump off the fence and buy some. Buy a lot because you will love it too!
