About The Author

Are you looking for more ways to incorporate stevia in your favorite dessert recipes? Are you wondering how much stevia to use when removing sugar or liquid sweeteners from recipes? Would you like to know how to make allergy-friendly, decadent desserts without refined sugar? If so, we have a new book we would love to share with you. It’s called The Ice Dream Cookbook: Dairy Free Ice Cream Alternatives with Gluten Free Cookies, Compotes & Sauces.

This is the first cookbook to feature dairy free ice cream alternatives made from coconut milk along with gluten-free, naturally sweetened cookies, fruit compotes, and sauces. It takes the guesswork out of using stevia by providing a user-friendly conversion chart along with tips for combining stevia with honey or agave nectar for the best flavor, texture, and mouth-feel. Clear and detailed instructions will have you quickly churning out incredibly delicious, family-pleasing frozen desserts and other special treats.
