She led more than 900 cooking classes and had more than 230 articles published in national and regional magazines. She was the co-author of the award-winning book, The Garden of Eating: A Produce-Dominated Diet & Cookbook (Planetary Press, 2004). Chef Rachel also developed 130 recipes for two books by best-selling author Barry Sears, including 90 recipes for Zone Meals in Seconds. She will be greatly missed.
