Bluberry Muffin Breakfast Smoothie

Who knew breakfast could be this good!
This is a super easy, healthy, and especially delicious breakfast smoothie that tastes more like a dessert! Take your overnight oats to another level. 
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup milk, skim milk, or non-dairy milk of choice
1/2 cup gluten free quick oats
1/2 tsp Vanilla NuStevia® 2 oz
1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. The night before serving, mix 1 cup milk, oats, and Vanilla NuStevia together in a bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate until the morning.
3. When ready to eat, pour the oat mixture into a blender. Add the blueberries and remaining 1/2 cup of milk.
4. Blend. Serve.
This makes enough for 2.
