RESELLER PURCHASE – Return the product to the reseller in accordance with their return and refund policy and procedure. Resellers include, but are not limited to: Amazon.com, AzureStandard.com, Walgreens.com, iHerb.com, LuckyVitamin.com, Netrition.com, SwansonVitamins.com, and Vitacost.com.
NUNATURALS.COM PURCHASE - All product returns require a RMA number (Returned Materials Authorization) which is obtained by contacting us by phone at: 800-753-4372 or 541-344-9785 or emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only and do not include shipping, handling, taxes, and other fees.
BULK ITEM RETURN - We do not accept returns on bulk items, including 1lb, 2.5lb, 5lb, and 1,000 packet bags.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN – In the rare event that we have identified a defect with one of our products, we will arrange for return shipping and replace the product.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN - We do accept returns for unopened non bulk items. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any refunds for returned product will be less the original cost to ship incurred by NuNaturals or the customer. Refunds will not be issued for returned products damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging. Ensure that the product you are returning is protected with packing material to eliminate possible damage to the product label or packaging due to shifting or impact. Depending on the condition of the returned product, NuNaturals may choose to issue a partial refund or "in-store" credit that can be applied toward your next order.

In rare situations where returns to the point of purchase are not possible, NuNaturals, Inc. may take returns directly on a case by case basis for exchange or “in-store” credit, in which case a RMA number (Returned Materials Authorization) will be required.
