NuNaturals, Inc. Return Policy

Returns of products purchased directly from NuNaturals, Inc.

If you have purchased a product directly from NuNaturals, Inc., we will issue a refund for products returned within 30 days of your purchase. NuNaturals, Inc. will not pay for return shipping. Refunds will not be issued for products not returned to us. Full refunds will not be issued for products damaged during transit due to poor return packing. We may issue an "in-store" credit you can apply towards your next order. To return an item, NuNaturals, Inc. will issue a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Products can only be returned to NuNaturals, Inc. with an RMA number.

NuNaturals, Inc. will refund the product cost only. Refunds will not include: shipping & handling, taxes, and other fees.

We do not accept returns on bulk items.

Returns of products purchased from one of our resellers

Product returns must be done at the store where the product was purchased. If you have purchased a product from a business that resells our products, you will need to return the product to them based on their refund and return policies and procedures. 

In rare situations where returns to the point of purchase are not possible, NuNaturals, Inc. may take returns directly on a case by case basis for exchange or NuNaturals, Inc. “in-store” credit. If NuNaturals, Inc. authorizes a direct return you will receive a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Products can only be returned to NuNaturals, Inc. with an RMA number. A copy of the receipt must be included with the returned items. Returns will not be accepted without a receipt.

Defective Products

If there is a defect that we have identified with one of our products, we will replace the product you have purchased. In this rare situation, we will arrange return shipping.

You will not be given a refund/credit or will only receive a partial refund/credit for any product that is damaged as a result of poor packing. To ensure that the shipment will arrive back to NuNaturals, Inc. in a condition by which we can give you full refund/credit, you must package the shipment properly. Make sure that the box is packed with enough packing material that products will not move during transit. This will prevent labels from being scratched or product from being broken.
