Raw Mango Lassi Smoothie

This drink is perfect for you cooling you down on a hot summer day! 

For this delicious smoothie you’ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango – I used frozen to get a nice, creamy texture
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen coconut meat or you could use 1 heaping tbsp of Coconut Powder.
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or Almond Milk Kefir – I used Almond Milk Kefir because I it makes me feel AWESOME and has totally revamped my digestion and skin!!
  • 1-2 dropperfuls Vanilla NuStevia® (to taste)

Simply blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Et Voila! Your delicious smoothie is ready to enjoy!
