Banana Oat Fiber Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour

Oat Fiber
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

3/64 teaspoon
NuNaturals Organic Pure Stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
- Mash up the banana in a large mixing bowl using a fork.
Add in the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
- Add in all purpose flour, oat fiber, baking powder, stevia, salt and cinnamon and whisk to combine into a smooth batter.
- Preheat waffle iron and cook waffles for about 2 to 4 minutes, depending on waffle iron settings.
- Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
