Protein Pizza Dip (With Collagen)

Ingredients
- 4 ounces plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup nutritional
yeast

2 tablespoons
collagen
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup diced pepperoni
- Fresh basil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, nutritional yeast, collagen, and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer to a 5-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Add the marinara sauce on top and spread evenly. Top with half the pepperoni pieces.
- Add the grated mozzarella, then top with the remaining pepperoni.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the oven up to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Top with fresh basil and serve with crusty bread slices for dipping!
- Note—If you want to make a larger dip, double this recipe and bake in a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
