Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter

1 tablespoon collagen
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice syrup
- Pecans (for topping)
Directions
Add banana, pumpkin, yogurt, milk, almond butter, collagen, and pumpkin spice syrup to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with crushed pecans (optional).
