Both and Easter delight or anytime looking for that chocolate fix
Ingredients

1 cup almond butter
-
2 tablespoons maple syrup sweetener

6 tablespoons oat fiber

10 ounces sugar free chocolate chips
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the almond butter, maple syrup sweetener, and oat fiber and mix together.
Using your hands, form the dough into 10 egg shapes and place on the baking sheet.
Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof mixing bowl doing 30 second intervals in the microwave.
Dip the eggs in the chocolate and coat completely. Place back on the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer to harden the chocolate. Then drizzle extra chocolate on top for a pretty finish!
Store in the fridge.
