Ingredients
-
2 cups whole milk
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1/3 cup NuNaturals Dutch Cocoa Powder
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch
-
1 teaspoon NuNaturals Clear Liquid Stevia (or to taste)
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, cream, cocoa powder, and cornstarch over medium heat until. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Add in the stevia, vanilla extract, and sea salt and whisk until smooth and fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Add a few more drops of stevia for a sweeter fudge pop.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the fudge pops.
Recipe Note
For extra creamy fudge pops, you can replace some of the milk with more cream.
For vegan fudge pops, you can use nondairy milk and coconut cream.
Add 1 tablespoon collagen for a protein boost.
Drizzle with magic shell for even more chocolate!
