Sugar Free Salted Caramel Chocolate Yogurt Bars

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons NuNaturals Collagen (optional)

1 teaspoon NuNaturals Vanilla Liquid Stevia (adjust to taste)

NuNaturals Salted Caramel Syrup

NuNaturals Chocolate Syrup

8 ounces sugar free chocolate, chopped

2 ounces coconut oil
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, collagen (if using) and vanilla stevia and stir together.
Transfer into popsicle molds.
Drizzle the salted caramel and chocolate syrup into each mold and swirl it around.
Freeze overnight
In a heatproof bowl, add the chocolate and coconut oil and melt doing 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each one.
Dip the yogurt bars into the melted chocolate and plate on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle the tops with extra chocolate.
Freeze until the chocolate coating has hardened, at least 1 hour. (It helps to let these warm up a bit before eating!)
