How to use it
Start with 1/64 tsp or less. Taste, and then add more if necessary.
Both organic pure stevia powders (1 oz and 1 kg) are concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Organic pure stevia is a pure stevia extract and is much stronger than the White Stevia Powder blend. Due to the difference in strength, each one has its own measure in the conversion chart.
- Find your amount The conversion chart shows how much of this powder matches 1 tsp of sugar.
- Measure small Start with 1/64 tsp and sweeten to taste. Organic pure stevia extract powder is far sweeter than sugar. 3/4 teaspoon sweetens like a full cup of sugar! Overuse may lead to a bitter taste.
- Stir it in Coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, lemonade: anything you would sweeten with sugar.
- Taste, then add Start with less than you think. Adding a little more is easy, taking it back out is not.
- Baking? Use the conversion chart Swap it for the sugar in a recipe with the amounts in the conversion chart. Stevia brings the sweetness without the bulk, so recipes written for stevia will work best.
