How much do I use?

Shake first. 1/4 tsp is as sweet as 1 tsp of sugar, and for recipes 1/4 cup stands in for 1 cup of sugar. Start there and add more to taste.

What is the difference between the 16 oz and 6.6 oz syrups?

Our 16 oz syrups are more concentrated, sweeter, and have a smaller serving size (1/4 tsp). Our 6.6 oz syrups are more flavorful, less sweet, and have a larger serving size (1 tbsp).

What is in it?

Every flavor starts with glycerin, water, and stevia extract. The flavored bottles add their flavoring, and some add organic acacia gum, organic guar gum, and xanthan gum. The full list for each flavor is under Ingredients on its page.

What is vegetable glycerin?

Vegetable glycerin is an odorless, slightly sweet sugar-alcohol (also known as polyol) with a syrup-like consistency. Ours comes from palm oil that is mass-balance certified by the Round-Table on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).

Does it need refrigerating?

No. Keep it in the pantry with the cap on between uses.
