Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup almond milk (or 1/2 cup almond milk & 1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt)
1 tsp chia seeds
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp Stevia Pumpkin Spice Syrup
In a jar, mix together all the ingredients. Seal with a lid and give a good shake. Let sit in the fridge overnight and in the morning top with your favorite toppings!
