Watermelon during summertime is one of our favorite snacks. But you know what's even better than watermelon, watermelon dessert pizza? This guilt-free, fruit-based pizza will be your new go-to summer treat.
Ingredients:
- Watermelon
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- Granola
- Favorite berries
- NuStevia Vanilla Syrup
Directions:
- Cut an one inch slice from the center of the watermelon and set aside.
- In a bowl mix together yogurt and NuStevia Vanilla Syrup (add Vanilla Syrup until desired sweetness).
- Evenly spread yogurt mixture over watermelon slice.
- Top with granola and favorite berries.
