Pancakes are a breakfast (or really any meal) go to. Nothing is better than a lazy morning filled with fluffy pancakes and sugar free maple syrup, except when the pancakes are keto friendly and no sugar added!! Get creative with these pancakes, they are easily customizable and very very delicious.
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- NuStevia Vanilla Syrup to taste
- butter for cooking
- In a medium mixing bowl add all the ingredients together and mix until well combined. If mixture is dry add another egg and some more almond milk.
- Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot with a lot of NuStevia Pourable Maple Flavored Syrup.
