Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
2-3 eggs
NuNaturals Concentrated Vanilla Syrup to taste
butter (or butter alternative) for cooking
NuNaturals Maple Flavored Syrup on top
Fresh berries for topping

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl add all the ingredients together and mix until well combined. If the mixture is dry, add another egg and some more almond milk.
Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot with a lot of NuNaturals Stevia Pourable Maple Flavored Syrup.
