Ingredients

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 eggs
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, tahini, vanilla extract and Monk Fruit until well-blended.
Stir in the almond flour, baking soda and baking powder until combined.
Add the chocolate chips and gently fold into the batter. Batter will be wet - that's ok!
Scoop batter onto prepared baking tray using two tablespoons per cookie. Makes about 12-15 cookies.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
