Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Latte

You're probably asking yourself, do you drink or eat this? Some of us at NuNaturals drink it, others eat it. Either way, we definitely recommend trying this delicious recipe created by our dear friend Kat!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup + 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tsp NuStevia Pumpkin Spice Syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed black coffee

Ingredients:

  • Add the 1 cup milk, pumpkin, oats, & vanilla to a small pot. Simmer 5 minutes or until oats are cooked through & most of the milk has been absorbed. Add to a bowl. In a high speed blender add the coffee, remaining 1/4 cup milk, Collagen Peptides, vanilla & NuStevia Pumpkin Spice syrup. Blend for 1 minute or until frothy. Pour coffee over oats. Add toppings of choice!
