Need a sweet and quick treat for Thanksgiving? Look no further, these sugar free mini pumpkin pie bites are easy and ready in minutes!
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tbsp Maple Pourable
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pourable
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease muffin pan. Roll out pre-made pie dough. Using a round object (we used a drinking glass) press down into pie dough to form a circle. Repeat until you have 12 circles. Place 1 circle into pan and press down to form pie crust. Repeat 12 times.
- Place full muffin pan in oven while you make your mixture. For pumpkin pie filling mix all ingredients until well blended. Remove muffin pan from oven and add mixture until pie crust is full. Place muffin pan in oven for 15 minutes (or until center is cooked).
