Ingredients

55g for NuNaturals Bamboo Flour

48g Almond Flour
-
3g xanthan gum
-
17 g Egg white protein
-
½ tsp baking soda
-
¼tsp salt
-
¾ c of your favorite brown sugar substitute

1 stick unsalted butter (Softened)

1 eggs (room temp)
-
1 tsp of desired extract (Vanilla, Almond, Orange, Peppermint)

1/2 bag sugar free chocolate chip
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Add all Dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together until mixed thoroughly.
In a separate dish - cream together sugar substitute, molasses, butter, and extract.
Add egg to creamed mixture
mix dry ingredients in and mix until well incorporated.
Fold in sugar free chocolate chips
Roll into balls and flatten slightly
Bake at 350 degrees until browned (about 12 to 15min)
