Overnight oats are one of our favorites! Not only are they easy to make but they are also so convenient on busy mornings. These oats are naturally sweetened with an added bonus of collagen!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp Collagen Peptides
- 1 packet Organic Sweetener
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt (optional)
- Toppings: Blueberries, sliced banana, nuts
- Mix all ingredients into a jar or sealable container. Make sure all ingredients are mixed well, then refrigerate overnight. The next morning when you wake up, add toppings and enjoy!
