Overnight oats are one of our favorite make-ahead recipes! This recipe is easy to meal-prep for multiple days in one night and even easier to grab in the morning. Keep things exciting by using a different topping each day.
These oats are naturally sweetened with our Organic Stevia & Monkfruit Powder with an added bonus of Collagen!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp NuNaturals Collagen Peptides
- 1/4-1/2 tsp NuNaturals Organic Stevia & Monk Fruit Sweetener, depending on the sweetness of your toppings (If you've got our Organic Stevia & Monk Fruit Packets use 1-2 packets)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp dairy-free yogurt (optional)
- Topping Ideas: blueberries, strawberries, peaches, sliced banana, diced apples, walnuts, sliced almonds, nut butter, chocolate chips, cinnamon, or a drizzle of one of our stevia-sweetened syrups
- Mix all ingredients into a jar or sealable container. Make sure all ingredients are mixed well, then refrigerate overnight. The next morning when you wake up, add toppings and enjoy!
