Chocolate Banana Bread

Nothing is better than warm gooey banana bread especially when its drizzled with NuStevia Cocoa Syrup. Our friend over at audacious_eats made this guilt free Chocolate Banana Bread, and it is to die for!!


  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 6 tbsp softened butter
  • 10 packets Organic Sweetener Stevia & Monk Fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bar of sugar free chocolate 
  • NuStevia Cocoa Syrup 


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • In a medium bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. In an electric mixer bowl, fitted with the whisk attachment, cream the butter, Organic Sweetener packets, and vanilla together. Add in bananas, buttermilk, and egg until mixed well. 
  • Mix in dry ingredients. Pour batter into buttered loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see when it is finished. Top it off with NuStevia Cocoa Syrup for more chocolatey-goodness!
