Protein Zucchini Mug Cake

Need to get a little more protein in your diet? Why not do it with cake?! Kat here with another delicious recipe that you have to try!

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon plant-based protein powder, vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons shredded zucchini, pat dry
  • Vanilla NuStevia, as needed

Directions: 

  • Add all ingredients into a large mug. Mix well and microwave for 60 seconds. If top is still wet, microwave for 10 more seconds. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
