- 3 tablespoons oat flour
- 1 tablespoon plant-based protein powder, vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons shredded zucchini, pat dry
- Vanilla NuStevia, as needed
- Add all ingredients into a large mug. Mix well and microwave for 60 seconds. If top is still wet, microwave for 10 more seconds. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
