Salted Caramel Cocoa Fudge
Adapted from Kat Condon
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil, soft
1/4 cup cocoa powder (we suggest NuNaturals Organic Cocoa Dutch Process)
1/2-1 tbsp NuNaturals Salted Caramel Stevia Syrup
cacao nibs for topping
Line a mini pan with liners.
In a bowl, mix together the almond butter and coconut oil until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder and 1/2 tablespoon of Salted Caramel Syrup. Taste and add more syrup, if needed to sweeten.
Add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture to each mini muffin tin. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
Place tray in the fridge for an hour to set. Once fudge has set, remove from liners and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
