Sugar Free Maple Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cup maple
syrup sweetener
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)

5 drops vanilla
stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Sugar free sprinkles (optional)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, add the all purpose flour, maple syrup sweetener, butter, vanilla stevia, and salt.
Mix together using a hand mixer.
Transfer the dough to a piece of plastic wrap and form it into a round disk. Wrap it tightly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/4-inch thick.
Using heart shaped cookie cutters, cut out the cookie dough and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
