- 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 1 cup almond milk (preferably homemade)
- 1/4 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
- dash of pumpkin spice
- 3-4 drops NuNaturals Vanilla NuStevia, to taste
- freshly ground nutmeg for garnish
- In a small saucepan, briefly heat the almond milk over high heat until piping hot.
- In your favorite coffee mug, combine the brewed coffee, molasses, and pumpkin pie spice, and stir well.
- Pour the almond milk over the top
- Sweeten with Vanilla NuStevia to taste.
- Top with freshly ground nutmeg, and serve immediately!
