Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1 3/4 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

15 drops vanilla

Directions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
To make the orange layer:
Add 1/4 cup cold water to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Heat the orange juice in a small pot over the stovetop until warm. Pour the warm juice over the gelatin and stir to combine.
- Pour into the prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
To make the yellow layer:
Add 1/4 cup cold water to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Heat the pineapple juice in a small pot over the stovetop until warm. Pour the warm juice over the gelatin and stir to combine.
- Remove the baking pan from the fridge, pour the pineapple juice over the orang player. Transfer back to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
To make the white layer:
Add the cold water to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Add the remaining water and cream to a small pot and heat until warm. Remove from the heat and add in the stevia, stir to combine completely.
- Pour over the gelatin mixture and stir to combine completely.
Remove the baking pan from fridge and pour the white layer on top. Allow to chill overnight.
Pull it all together
- Remove from the pan and cut into even 8 strips. (You can trim off edges for nice clean cuts.)
- Lay strips on their sides and cut into triangles.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
Notes & Tips: Make this spiked by replacing some of the water with vodka!
Ratio rule: Swap in up to 1/2 cup vodka per layer. This gives a nice kick without preventing the gelatin from setting.
Chill time: Alcohol layers take a little longer to firm. Chill at least 3 to 4 hours per layer before adding the next one.
Flavor balance: If you prefer a lighter boozy touch, reduce vodka to 1/3 cup per layer.
