- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
-
1 tablespoon
NuNaturals Gelatin
- 4 ounces pumpkin puree
-
1 tablespoon
NuNaturals Chai Spice Syrup
-
1 tablespoon
NuNaturals Maple Flavored Syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
- In a small bowl add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of gelatin and stir together.
- In a small pot add the remaining 2 cups of milk and heat until 140°F on a drink thermometer, or until warm to the touch. Do not boil.
- Pour the warm milk over the gelatin and whisk to combine completely.
- Add the pumpkin puree, chai syrup, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and whisk until completely combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Using a hand mixer, or in the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the pudding until smooth and creamy (as it will separate in the fridge).
- Then it’s ready to serve!
- Serve with fresh whipped cream and pumpkin seeds (or pecans) on top.
