Our basic recipe isn't so basic. This customizable and healthy recipe comes together in a few hours and is kid-friendly!
- 1 Tbsp NuNaturals Gelicious Unflavored Gelatin
- 1 cup cold fruit juice
- 1 cup almost boiling fruit juice
- 1 packet NuNaturals Stevia & Monk Fruit Sweetener
- Optional: Mint and fresh fruit like raspberries, peaches, strawberries, oranges, or apples, etc. Take care not to add fruit like guava, pineapple, mango, or kiwi because the dessert will not set.
- In a large container, sprinkle 1 Tbsp of Gelicious Unflavored Gelatin into 1 cup of cold fruit juice.
- Let sit for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 packet NuNaturals Stevia & Monk Fruit Sweetener and 1 cup of almost boiling fruit juice. Stir ingredients until mixed. Add fresh fruit if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until desired firmness.
