Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup NuNaturals
Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Stevia Cocoa Mint Syrup
- Optional toppings: butter, whipped cream, NuNaturals Cocoa Syrup or Maple
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, Dutch-process cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and Stevia Cocoa Mint Syrup until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 2 minutes.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or non-stick spray.
- For each pancake, pour ~¼ cup batter onto the hot surface. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (~2–3 minutes), then flip and cook the other side for ~1–2 minutes, until set.
- Stack pancakes on serving plates, then finish with your toppings: a drizzle of Stevia Chocolate Syrup, whipped cream, butter, or maple syrup.
